Completed in 1994, the iconic "mountain range" of the Jeppesen Terminal at the Denver International Airport is one of the most recognizable tensile membrane structures in the world today. The architectural design of this 1,200 foot long by 240 foot wide structure was done by C. W. Fentress J. H. Bradburn Associates of Denver, Colorado and was inspired by the Rocky Mountains. Engineering of the general structure was by Severud Associates/Horst Berger of New York, New York. Fabrication and construction of the roof structure was by Birdair, Inc.
